Guest Services
✔Onsite Manager
Our onsite manager is available throughout your stay to assist with local recommendations, including the best restaurants, cafés, activities and more. While our reception is not staffed full-time, our team is always available by phone or WhatsApp should you need assistance.
✔Transport Services
Upon arrival in Nozawa Onsen, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from the bus terminal. Please advise us at the time of booking if you would like to arrange a pick-up.
One of our friendly team members will meet you on arrival and can also assist with shopping requirements and other guest services.
The Ridge Nozawa Apartments is conveniently located next to the Nozawa Onsen SPArena, which features indoor and outdoor onsens, including both mixed bathing pools and segregated bathing areas, as well as a restaurant and massage chairs. A range of traditional onsens can also be found throughout the village.
✔Super Market
For guests arriving by train, we offer a complimentary trip to the supermarket in our courtesy vehicle so you can purchase supplies for your stay. Our staff will arrange a suitable time with you after check-in.
For additional shopping, there is a small supermarket on the main street in the village, approximately a 10-minute walk from The Ridge along heated roads.
✔Baggage Delivery
If you are travelling elsewhere before or after your stay at The Ridge, we recommend using the Black Cat / Yamato Transport courier service to send your luggage or ski equipment directly from your hotel or the airport.
Black Cat / Yamato Transport offers a convenient, reliable and affordable way to travel without carrying your luggage. You can arrange the service through your hotel concierge or at a Yamato counter at the airport.
